Terms and Conditions

Review Kaart Shop, a part of Bessems Marketing Service, located at Kasteelstraat 2, 6223 BJ Maastricht, is responsible for this shop.

1. Definitions In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

   • Review Kaart Shop: Bessems Marketing Service, operating under the name Review Kaart Shop, located in Maastricht and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 86309641.

   • Customer: The natural or legal person with whom Review Kaart Shop enters into an agreement.

   • Agreement: Any agreement between Review Kaart Shop and the customer, including any amendments or additions thereto.

2. Applicability These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between Review Kaart Shop and the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Offers and Agreements

   • All offers are non-binding unless otherwise stated by Review Kaart Shop.
   • The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the customer of the offer and compliance with the conditions set therein.

4. Prices and Payment

   • The stated prices are in euros, including VAT and any shipping costs.
   • Payment must be made within the period specified during the ordering process.
   • If the payment term is exceeded, the customer is in default by operation of law and statutory interest is due.

5. Delivery

   • Review Kaart Shop aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible, with the indicated delivery times being indicative.
   • The customer must inspect the delivered goods upon receipt and immediately report any defects or damage to Review Kaart Shop. (Within 14 days, read our return policy)

6. Returns

   • The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in the original packaging.
   • Custom-made products are not subject to the right of return.

7. Liability

   • Review Kaart Shop is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the delivered products.
   • The total liability of Review Kaart Shop is limited to the amount covered by insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

   • All intellectual property rights to the products and materials of Review Kaart Shop remain the property of Review Kaart Shop.

9. Complaints Procedure

   • Complaints about the delivered products or services must be reported in writing to Review Kaart Shop within 14 days of discovery, but no later than 30 days after delivery. (Read our return policy)

10. Applicable Law

    • All agreements and disputes between Review Kaart Shop and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
