All review cards are produced, printed, and shipped from our warehouse in Maastricht, The Netherlands. We process and ship all orders placed daily before 5:00 PM. Typically, orders are delivered to your home the next business day if you live in the Netherlands. For other locations, delivery may take 2 to 7 business days. Our packages fit through the mailbox slot, so you do not need to be present for delivery.


If the review card does not function properly, exhibits other issues, or needs to be returned for any reason, we advise you to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to explain your situation. Since our products are custom-made, we cannot process refunds. In most cases, it is not necessary to return the original card. We will promptly send you a replacement product.
